Description of Jutsu: The users eyes turn an odd blue, and red color. The colors look like they're moving. You have to look right into the opponents eyes for this to work, so this can be ovoided by closing the eyes. This jutsu makes them to afraid to move for ten seconds

Chakra usage: Usually the user does a jutsu that keeps the oponent from moving then they make one lightning moon in the sky then when they get the burst of chakra insted of throwing it down they just create another moon infront of the first one and then the second and ect. they have to say it's name before it fires.

Jutsu description:This a extended version of the Denkou Hisakata Re-za the user make more moons about sixteen moons in a cilender shape (there are three roes of five moons or five roes of three moons then in the middle is one moon) well then each moon shoots a beam to the moon in front of it and thenand then the laser make a cone shape and then middle moon shoots a right trough the midd of the cone getting the power of all the other beams plus itself. Much like the Death Star's super laser.

If they are brought back to life they could lose their hole memory. The reason it' name is goodbye forever is because the chances are that it will erase his memory.

Description of Jutsu: This has a huge radius. It shoots out thousands of red lightning bolts. It is charged at the mouth in a little yellow ball then shot like a cannon. Kai needs to use his demon (full form or 4/3 tail form) to do this, but it launches much faster, while Leon can do it immediatley but it takes hand signs with leon.
